Lithium Battery Recycling Solutions supports BADGP Seminar

Continuing September’s run of events, the team attended the BADGP Seminar centring around lithium batteries and the ever present concern on recycling the products, ready to be re-used in future batteries.

BADGP is a not-for-profit UK based membership association, offering membership to any person working with or involved with dangerous goods, in a variety of modes: air, water, land. The members work across a variety of organisations, but all share:

  • Commitment to maintaining and developing knowledge and skills when dealing with dangerous goods

  • A professional interest in the transportation of dangerous goods

  • A desire to share and develop best practice within their industry

  • Networking and learning from other dangerous good professionals

  • Need to keep up to date with regulatory change

The Lithium teams attendance not only supported the narrative on lithium battery recycling and the need for the service, but also showcased the process that we use and how we handle dangerous goods.
